We’re pretty easy to work with. Though we prefer a few specific formats (AI, CDR) for best results, we can work with any popular image format , AI, CDR, PDF, JPG and PNG

Different per each product. Some product have a minimum of 20pcs  and some 50pcs . if you need to print logo , laser engraving MOQ 200pcs , others printing method MOQ 500pcs .

  • We ship your order within 3-5 business days upon payment. if you need to print logo , the production time need about 5-7days .
  • Delivery days depends on the shipping method you choose .

You will receive an email or message notifying you that your order was picked up by the shipping company, and we will include a tracking number in that message.

There are many shipping choice , we will use DHL , FEDEX , UPS ,Aramex ,  AIR DDP , Train + express , sea + express etc depending on which courier offers the best costs and transit times

Pls contact us , we will provide the most suitable shipping channel for you .

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information.

The shipping cost will be calculated according to the order quantity and weight . For larger orders, send us an email and we can provide a better quote.

  • We accept a variety of payment options , Paypal, Visa , MasterCard , T/T , Western Union , Payoneer etc .
  • 100% payment for small order ; 50% deposit and 50% before shipping for big order . 
  • Customization product are required to prepay 100% before production can begin

3months warranty ,We will send the replacement to you after received the broken part.
