RETURN POLICY

We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. Our sales team will do everything possible to ensure you’re comfortable with placing an order and happy with the products you receive. But we also know sometimes things happen.

Returns (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be in consideration for a refund exchange or re-ship.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is no guaranteed for a refund.

Return (Printed Products)

We can’t accept any products returns once they’ve been printed with your design or text.

We will make a design and let you know exactly how your product will look before bulk printing . If it doesn’t look right, let us know and we’ll fix it. Your order doesn’t get started until you give us the a-okay!

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@losendatech.com
